Open Positions
- Graphic Designer (part-time)
- Digital Associate (part-time or full-time)
Graphic Designer
Reverbal Communications is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to join our team. The person who takes on this role will assist in telling our firm's story as well as helping tell the digital story of our diverse and progressive client base. About two-thirds of our clients are in the progressive political space (nonprofits, 501c4s, candidates, etc.). The rest run the gamut from solopreneurs and tiny nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies and everything in between.
Every day is a fun and interesting adventure in the digital world. Join us.
Who should apply
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong graphic design skills, as well as experience building websites (or at least working on the back-end of websites). Squarespace experience preferred, but open to experience on other platforms (Wix, Weebly, Wordpress...)
A strong working knowledge of social media is a plus, but is not required.
Experience working (intern and volunteer experience counts) with a progressive political campaign or organization also a plus, but again, not required.
We’re looking for a self-starter who can take an idea and make it pop through memes, infographics, GIFs, and the like. They should be excited to test new concepts and pitch ideas for both our organization and for our clients. They shouldn’t be afraid to ask questions when they don’t know something.
Location
We LOVE Madison, WI and would be thrilled to find someone local to join our team. While we don't have a central office — almost all of the job will be done remotely — it would be nice to get together in person from time to time (post-pandemic).
That said, we are open to this being a fully remote position for the right candidate. Unfortunately, we can only accept US-based applicants at this time.
Compensation and Benefits
-$15-$25 an hour depending on experience, with an expectation of 10-15 hours per week (this could grow into a full-time position for the right candidate)
-Flexible work schedule
-Professional development opportunities
To apply
Email a resume, cover letter, portfolio and anything else you'd like us to see to jobs@reverbalcommunications.com. Please use the subject line: Graphic Designer
A Note On Inclusion
Reverbal Communications is strongly committed to working towards a more diverse and just world — we celebrate diversity and inclusion, both with our clients as well as within our own ranks.
We encourage any applicable candidate to apply, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or anything else that’s none of our dang business.
